Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi (2380m.) which takes about 7 hours. You head north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridge line vistas to Syabru Besi passing through Dhunche. While passing along the road at the bank of Trishuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2238m.) via Goljung and it takes about six hours. While trekking you experience of the Tamang culture. You can see scenery from view point. This day you walk through village. The cultural show at Goljung and Gatlang makes your trekking a memorable one. Gatlang set high on a hillside among terraced fields is a Tamang settlement. One can visit a Tamang monastery and beautiful Parvatikunda Lake at Gatlang. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Gatlang to Somdang (3500m.) which takes about five hours. You walk along the graveled but motorable road. Regular transport is not available till now. While trekking, you can enjoy the spectacular mountain views of Langtang Himal ranges, Ganesh Himal, Paldor peak and many other unnamed mountain and peaks. You pass some Tamang villages where you can have a close observation of their culture and tradition. Somdang is a Tamang village. There you find zinc mines. Stay overnight at camp/home stay.
Trek from Somdang to Tipling (2087m.) via Pangsang Pass (3800m.) takes about 7 hours. The trail takes you through Pangsang Pass from where you will witness panoramic view of the sorrounding Himalayan range. Continue to descent towards Tipling village. Stay overnight at camp/home stay.
The trek from Tipling to Chalise (1875m.) takes approximately six hours. The trail descends through terraced fields and dense forests before crossing the Adha Khola via a suspension bridge. After a gradual ascent, you reach the twin villages of Shertung and Chalise, where you can experience the rich Tamang and Gurung cultures. Stay overnight at camp/home stay.
The trek from Chalise Gaon to Jharlang (2400m.) takes about six hours. The trail begins with a steady ascent through terraced fields and forests, offering panoramic views of surrounding hills. Passing through small Tamang settlements, the route gradually climbs to Jharlang, a picturesque village known for its traditional houses and stunning mountain vistas. Stay overnight at camp/home stay.
The trek from Jharlang to Jharlang Phedi (1200m.) takes around three to four hours, descending through terraced fields and traditional villages. From Jharlang Phedi, a jeep ride of approximately seven to eight hours takes you back to Kathmandu, offering a final glimpse of the rural landscapes and mountainous terrain. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
You will drive to Kathmandu International Airport for final departure according to your flight time.
