What is included?

A) Kathmandu

• All airport pick-up and drop-off services by private vehicle
• 5 night hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast
• One farewell dinner in Kathmandu with live cultural performance at authentic Nepali restaurant on the last evening

b) Trekking/Climbing

• An experienced, well trained and government license holder climbing guide for each climbing member (1:1 ratio)
• Private jeep transportation for climbing members and truck to transfer expedition equipment from Kathmandu-Kodari-Kathmandu and Kodari - Chinese base camp -Kodari 
• Climbing permit fee of Cho Oyu Mountain 
• Travel permit
• Chinese visa 
• Chinese custom clearances for expedition's cargo
• All land transportation during the trip as per the itinerary
• All camping equipment in base camp and Advance base camp
• Tibet side accommodation en route on full board basis up to base camp and back to border by CTMA
• Food during expedition period for expedition members and involved staff
• TMA or CTMA selected English speaking Chinese liaison officer and interpreter
• Tibet Visa and Travel Permit for expedition crews
• Permanent kitchen facilities at advance base camp 
• All staff during Expedition period with experienced guide (Base Camp Manager) as per group size

• Daily wages, equipment allowance & insurance for expedition staff

• All necessary camping equipment's like camp furniture, kitchenware, dining tents, guest tents, kitchen tent, shower, toilet tents etc.
• Shower facility at base camp and advance base camp 
• Per person 50 kg baggage allowance during trekking-up and down carrying by Yak
• All necessary climbing hardware and ropes 
• Preferable meals at BC, ABC, higher camps, hot drinks and beverages, freeze dried food during expedition 
• 24 hours hot drinks and beverage during expedition 
• Quality high altitude freeze dried food for Sherpa and staff
• 2 Oxygen Bottles with mask and regulators (if requested by client) 
• 1 set of mask and regulator for each climbing member
• We provide Sherpa's tents, food for climbing, and insurance 
• Ice fall charges, all high quality tents for higher camps 1, 2, 3  
• EPI gas and burners for cooking food above base camp
• Cargo clearance and duties assistance service
• Life and medical insurance, and equipment for all guides, porters, cook, liaison officer and other involved staff
• Satellite phone will be carried by guide for communication and readily available for members with the cost of US$3 per minute 
• First aid kit
• Yak to carry stuffs from Chinese Base Camp - Advance Base Camp – Chinese Base Camp

• Any extra expenses arising out of various/unforeseen situations like natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, changes in Government regulations, etc.
• Wallie-talkies & Filming permit (if special camera or walkies-talkies).
• Sherpa Summit bonus for climbing Sherpa /Guide as per Mountaineering Association rules which is minimum US$1000 per climbing Sherpa/ guide
