After early-morning breakfast, our guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the bus station. Drive from Kathmandu to Ngadi via Besisahar, takes about eight hours. Stay overnight at lodge in Ngadi.
Trek from Ngadi (930m) to Chamje (1410m.) takes about six hours. Ahead the Marshyangdi valley forms a steep V-shape and you follow the winding mountain path down through Syange (1100m.) where there is a beautiful waterfall above it and along the river for some distance. The trail then climbs steeply and the path is cut into the sheer cliff-face some 200-300m above the riverbed.. Now the trail begins to observe small ups and downs to Chamje through the forests. Trek from Chamje (1410m) to Dharapani (1960m) consumes around six hours. The trail initially descends to the Marshyangdi River, crossing a suspension bridge before ascending steeply to Sattale (1550m). Continuing onwards, we pass through Tal (1700m) and Karte village, ultimately arriving at the Mani entrance to Dharapani (1960m). Stay overnight at lodge.
Your journey from Dharapani to Chame (2675m) lasts approximately five and a half hours. You trek alongside the DudhKhola, passing through Bagarchhap village and ascending through forests of pine and oak to Danaque (2210m), before reaching Chame, the administrative hub of the Manang district. Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m) takes about five hours. You ascend the valley, passing through apple orchards, fir, and pine forests, offering splendid views of Lamjung Himal (6893m). After traversing a steep rocky cliff, you arrive at Pisang village, passing along a section of Mani wall. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m) spans approximately five and a half hours. You ascend a steep ridge, providing panoramic views of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak (7145m). Descending to Hungde (3320m), we encounter the Sabje Khola Valley, surrounded by towering peaks. Stay overnight at lodge.
A rest day at Manang for acclimatization. Explore the surroundings, with options to view the Annapurna range and the Manang Valley. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4350m) takes around three and a half hours. We ascend gently, passing through Gunsang village (3960m) and enjoying panoramic mountain views. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4420m) consumes approximately three and a half hours. We ascend to a ridge before descending to the headwaters of Marshyangdi, then follow a narrow trail to Thorong Phedi. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3710m.) via Thorong La (5416m.) Pass takes about seven hours. We start early in the morning, embarking on a challenging ascent to Thorong La pass. Descending, we reach Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site. Stay overnight at lodge.
Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (2743m.) takes about four hours. Enjoy an easy descent to Jomsom, a popular town on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River and the starting point for the Upper Mustang trek. Stay overnight at lodge.
An early morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara offers scenic views of the Kaligandaki River and Himalayan peaks. Alternatively, in case of flight cancellations, a seven-hour drive to Pokhara is available. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
After breakfast, a seven-hour drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu concludes our journey, offering picturesque views of the mountains and rural landscapes.
