Sikkim Tour with North Sikkim Trek will give you an insight into the local village life of Sikkim as well as its pristine nature. Lachen, Phodong, Kabi and Yumthang are some of the Sikkimese villages you will pass by. The trip to Gurudongmar Lake one of the most sacred lakes of Sikkim and a visit to Chopta Valley at 14,000 ft to witness the beauty of the Himalayas is the highlight of this trek. The attractions such as the hot spring, exotic flowers, breathtaking landscape and snow-clad peaks at Yumthang Village will offer you a thrill like nowhere else. While on our return trip we will take a day tour to Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
Fly from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur Airport. Transfer for the Airport to Gangtok. Check in at Hotel at Gangtok. Leisure overnight.
After breakfast departure for Lachen Village, Via Phodong, enroute Kabi and other Sikkimese villages.
The lunch for that day will be served on the way. Reach Lachen after 6 hours drive. Stay overnight at Lachen. In Lachen only the basic facilities are available here. It will be a Village stay, but the nature’s vistas compensate all those facilities.
Today early morning take a trip to Gurudongmar Lake.
The lake is at 17,600 ft altitude. This lake is one of the most sacred lakes of Sikkim. Then drive back to Lachen by 10 a.m. While on the way back to Lachen Visit Chopta Valley at 14,000 ft and witness the beauty of the Himalayas. Then by afternoon back to Lachen for lunch. After lunch you can proceed for Lachung Village. Lachung is also a small village, only the basic facilities are available here. It will be a Village stay, but the nature’s vistas compensates all those facilities.
Today after breakfast transfer for sightseeing to Yumthang Valley.
Yumthang alone is enough to thrill you with bounty of nature. The added attraction is the hot spring, exotic flowers, breathtaking landscape and snow-clad peaks. Then by lunch back to the Hotel. Then after lunch Village walk around Lachung.
Today after breakfast transfer from Lachung Village to Gangtok.
Today after breakfast transfer for a day trip to Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
