Highlights

Overview

Mardi Himal (5,583m) is a mountain in Annapurna range. Climbers often plan their expedition from the west flank of Mardi Himal making their base camp at the elevation of 4600 meters. The summit offers a splendid view of the Annapurna range, Mt. Fishtail, dense rhododendron forest, bamboo bushes, beautiful valley to the south and alpine pastures that provides habitat for wild animals.

The success of the expedition depends on the degree of acclimatization, which demands a period of at least 8 to 10 days. Expedition needs to be well equipped and well organized.
